Penis Man is the alias of Dustin Shomer, a graffiti artist in Tempe, Arizona.
Shomer was arrested on January 23, 2020 by Tempe PD for tagging his moniker on various buildings across the city.
How'd they apprehend the guy? By sending 25 heavily armed SWAT officers to his condo.
